When making an order online or using The Ivory Studio, you agree to the following terms.

GENERAL

  • All orders with The Ivory Studio are in Australian dollars
  • Unless specified otherwise, your stationery/products will not be assembled
  • We are not required to provide you with font names and font files under any circumstance, please do not ask for them as we will not provide fonts names under any circumstance
  • We try to display our colours on our website as accurately as possible, however please also keep in mind that colours may also vary from screen to screen
  • Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Please check your proofs carefully as responsibility for accuracy is with the client of The Ivory Studio
  • 1x digital postponement e-vite will be provided per couple using set template. Updates to the design will be charged at an hourly rate of $70p/h

ACRYLIC STATIONERY

  • Unless otherwise stated, clear acrylic stationery is clear - not frosted. If you would like a frosted option, please make sure you get in touch prior to making your order as this will incur additional costs
  • Due to the delicate nature of acrylic stationery, it is prone to scratches. We perform thorough quality checks to ensure the best quality is provided to you, our client however when ordering acrylic stationery, you understand and agree to knowing that slight imperfections may be present in the form of scratches, chips and printing
  • We will do our absolute best to package the stationery is a secure way, however we cannot be held liable should breakage or damage occur during transit
  • Black and clear acrylic backing is the same colour as the front. Gold mirror acrylic backing will either be grey or white in colour to allow readability

ONLINE ORDERS

  • When you place your order online, we will be in touch with a wording template for you to complete. It is your responsibility to ensure you check your emails and junk folder to ensure you receive this email and respond in ample time. Failure to reply prolongs the completion time. If you have not received an email within 3 days, please contact us at info@theivorystudio.com.au
  • Included in your order are 3 rounds of proofs, including the initial proof which is based off the wording provided. Following this, you have 2 more rounds of changes. Additional changes will be charged at an additional hourly rate of $70p/h
  • Fonts, layout, design and colours cannot be changed in the Semi-Custom range
  • If ordering Custom Invitations, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to commence artwork design. On final approval, the balance is required prior to sending to print/production
  • Custom Invitation quotes are valid for 6 weeks and are subject to change without notice
  • The client is required to check the final proof carefully for spelling, design alignment, etc. The Ivory Studio cannot be held responsible for any typing errors noticed after the proofs have been approved. 
  • Reprints due to client error and/or client approving incorrect proof will be invoiced separately
  • No refunds/cancelations can be made past the final artwork approval stage
  • Your final digital proof may not match the exact colours of your tangible product due to changes in the colour process from digital to print. We are not responsible for any colour variations in screen to print and also in the case of differing batches in the print run
  • We will not commence print until we receive your final written approval via email
  • We cannot guarantee the availability of the print medium and product in your order. Should they be unavailable, we will suggest an alternative

LUXE SAMPLE PACK

  • The items included in the Invitation Sample Pack are chosen at random based on available prints in our stock. If you have a particular design, colour scheme or print type you'd like included, please add it to the notes section at checkout and we will do our best to accomodate but we cannot make any guarantees on availability
  • Acrylic invitations are not included in our Sample Pack but if it is something you are after, please enquire prior to making your order to ensure we have an available sample
  • Price includes delivery within Australia only using regular post - tracking is unavailable. International deliveries will be charged additional freight fees

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  • Once you place your online order, you have 24 hours to contact us to request a cancelation. In this instance, a full refund will be provided to you
  • After 24 hours and/or once we have started the design, there will be no refunds, exchanges or cancelations permitted as the design process has started and suppliers have been paid
  • The Ivory Studio does not refund if quantities lessen

SHIPPING AND PICK-UP

  • Online orders do not include freight in the total cost and will be invoiced once the order has been put through. This invoice is due at the time of final artwork approval. Failure to make payment will prolong the completion date
  • It is the client's responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. Failure to do so may incur additional shipment re-direct fees
  • Shipping is done through various freight partners including but not limited to Sendle, Australia Post and DHL. Shipping is calculated on final package size, weight and delivery address
  • International shipments are subject to duties and taxes determined by the recipient country. This is not assessed by us and we are unable to provide further information on this. For more information, we encourage you to contact your local customs bureau. Duties and tax fees are the sole responsibility of you, our customer. These fees are not included in your final invoice and are not refundable
  • The Ivory Studio will not be held liable for delivery delays
  • Pick up is available from our Sydney, Australia studio at a pre-arranged date and time
  • Tracking number will be provided to shipped orders where applicable. If your order has not arrived, it is your responsibility to contact the courier for more information

LEAD TIME

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure they read the lead time associated with the product purchased
  • The Ivory Studio aims to complete Semi-Custom orders within 3-4 weeks but could sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Please reference our lead times in each individual product as a guide only
  • Delays in approvals with extend the completion time

DAMAGED / LOST ITEMS

  • The Ivory Studio will not be held liable or responsible for any damages or loss to your order during transit once it is out of our hands. At The Ivory Studio, we will do our best to package your order in safe and insulated packaging but will not be held responsible should there be any damaged or lost items
  • Tracking number will be provided to shipped orders where applicable. If your order has not arrived, it is your responsibility to contact the courier for more information

COPYRIGHT

  • This website and its content, along with all artwork, proofs and images supplied by The Ivory Studio to clients are owned by The Ivory Studio
  • Unless previously agreed on, there is no circumstance in which you can reproduce or repurpose The Ivory Studio's designs within print or digital forms
  • Artwork, proofs and images supplied to client's of The Ivory Studio must not be reused, resold or used for commercial gain without prior permission from The Ivory Studio
  • Transferral of our work in part or full to a third party is not permitted unless agreed upon with The Ivory Studio
  • As owners of the artwork, The Ivory Studio reserves the right to use images of our stationery and products for marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media and advertising use both print and online
  • The finished artwork files are not included in your order and cannot be purchased
  • Any breach of copyright will be pursued
